1. About us. Dell Resell (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates this website and sells bulk product packs intended for resale. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Dell Resell is a trading name of Masterclass E-Books Limited (Company No. 16725494), a company registered in England and Wales.

2. Orders & pricing. All prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and include no guarantee of resale value. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors.

3. Payment. Payment is taken in full at the time of order via our third-party payment processor. We do not store your card details.

4. Shipping. See our Shipping & Delivery Policy for processing and delivery timeframes. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

5. Returns. See our Returns & Refunds Policy. Only delivery-related issues (wrong, damaged, or missing items) are eligible for return or refund.

6. Product use. Products are sold in bulk packs for resale purposes. We make no guarantee of resale value, demand, or profitability, and are not responsible for outcomes achieved when reselling items purchased from us.

7. Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dell Resell’s liability for any claim arising from your order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
